We chose the TaylorMade team, and Leisel Taylor specifically, to sell our house because we wanted to work with a realtor who knew Bowie, MD and had a good record of sales in the area. Not only does Leisel know her stuff, but everything was clear up front. Taking photos, hosting the open house, and scheduling showings were all super easy. The team taking photos and videos did great work. From listing date to accepting an offer was 13 days, within the range we had hoped for. We were satisfied with Leisel's advice for pricing the house and happy with the offer we ultimately accepted, which she negotiated. The office runs seamlessly and communication was always clear and consistent. In the office, Paula helps make closing run smoothly. Leisel and Paula were both available when we had questions and kept us updated on all the little steps along the way.
